GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: The Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, sandwich maker, hand blender, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave and many more useful appliances.

Entrance Hall: Here you shall find local information and tourist attractions. In the closet there are outdoor play items, ironing board and other useful items to help make your stay more pleasant.

Living/Dining Area: This is a large L-Shaped room with satellite TV, Video and music system. There are plenty of games, videos, play station one and books for all the family.
In this room you shall have the comfort of a log burning fire for cold winter evenings.

Veranda: Leading from the hall is this beautiful south facing sun room which makes a perfect venue for family meals or to just sit and unwind in the sun light and enjoy the world go by! Seating for 8 at the table with additional soft seating for 3.

Bathroom: A spacious and bright room with a double vanity unit and bath with also the use of a bidet. The toilet is in a separate room.

Double Bedroom: Chamonix Room - a cool room for the summer with a tiled floor, double bed and pine panelled walls. This is an ideal room for a couple.

FIRST FLOOR

Master Bedroom: This room has a king bed with also a double bed settee and coffee table.

Double Bedroom: This room is spacious and has a Queen sized Bed.

Twin Room: A large bedroom with two single beds and a combination TV. The room, which overlooks the swimming pool, is ideal for children young and old.

Shower room: A newly renovated shower room with another toilet.

Also on this floor is a large landing with a double futon for those extra guests.
